• We handle getting the necessary permits for the project
• We work with local township officials for building code approvals
• We schedule inspections at the appropriate time frames
• We handle and schedule work with subcontractors i.e. HVAC, Plumbing etc. etc.

Theme material and items:

• We research and purchase items for the chosen theme (approved by homeowner)
• We handle and coordinate all deliveries
• We review all items with homeowner
• We work with interior designers

Cost for our services:

• Average family room price without bathroom ($18,000 - $20,000)
• Average family room with bathroom ($21,000 - $25,000)
• We work with the homeowner that likes to do some of the work themselves (this is OK), i.e. flooring and painting and design concepts.
• Range for theme basements ($25,000-$80,000 plus)
